Even if you are not a subscriber the search functionality is quite helpful to find the source locations for each power and for creating lists of things for instance you can filter the entire powers list to Psion, At-Wills. They don’t seem like they’d scale properly, and it seems like they’d be rather boring as a result.

I just guess I don’t understand the decision-making process involved in swapping out low-level At Wills for high-level ones. It provides new builds for the ardent, battlemind, monk, and psion classes, including new character powers, feats, paragon paths, and epic destinies.
I simply don’t see anything I’d want to trade it out for until way higher levels. I think it’s a neat system. Maybe a simpler system would have been stick with augment cost and scaling better
